Conference Postponement FAQ’s

Why are you postponing the conference?

Out of an abundance of caution related to the rapidly developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions and the ACG® System team are postponing this event until further notice in an effort to protect the health of our community.

Will the conference be rescheduled?

Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions is exploring the option of rescheduling the event to later in 2020 or early in 2021. At this time, no new conference dates have been set. Once rescheduled, we will announce on this website as well as on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and by email.

Will paid attendee registrations be refunded?

Yes. All registered attendees will receive a full refund of their paid registration fees. Refunds will be processed over the next few weeks. Please contact info@johnshopkinssolutions.com if you have additional questions.

Will attendees be refunded for airline tickets?

Many airlines are modifying their policies to better accommodate the growing need for flight changes and cancellations. Please contact your airline directly. Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions will not be issuing refunds for airfare or other transportation costs.

Will attendees be refunded for hotel costs?

The four hotels with whom Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions has contracted to reserve guest room blocks for the event all have generous cancellation policies if you reserved via the official link found on our website. Please contact the hotel as soon as possible to cancel your hotel reservation. Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions will not be issuing refunds for hotel accommodations.
