During the current health care crisis, health systems, health plans and governments urgently need to identify their most vulnerable patient populations. The Johns Hopkins ACG System uses medical, pharmacy and lab data to find groups of individuals that may be most at-risk.

We sat down with Sarah Kachur, PharmD, MBA, BCACP; Executive Director of Population Health Analytics at Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions to ask her about her experience overseeing population health analytics for Johns Hopkins’ Health Plans and accountable care initiatives, and to learn how the ACG System can help the health care data analytics community during the global pandemic and beyond.
