Additional permissions related to third party LGPL libraries

In accordance with license requirements for any third party software distributed under the LGPL with the Programs, permission is granted to modify and replace such third party LGPL licensed software and, if a third party library is replaced and requires reverse engineering to debug the Programs with the replaced library, permission is hereby granted to reverse engineer the Programs exclusively for the purpose of debugging such modifications, and only to the extent required to complete such debugging. Nothing learned by such reverse engineering may be used for any purpose other than debugging such modifications, including by way of illustration and not by way of limitation, to reverse engineer the ACG algorithm.
