Using Additional Data Sets

This webinar explores the use of data sets from other Health and Social Care providers with the ACG system.

In particular, it will focus on Sollis’s recent experiences of using Community Care, Mental Health and Adult Social Care data. It will look at how data from such partners can be used alongside ACG System outputs to provide additional support for:

• Population health analysis, exploring health and care utilization across a wide spectrum of providers
• Care pathway analysis, including identifying gaps in care
• Advanced case finding
