Melinda currently serves as a Population Health Strategy Lead at CareSource, a non-profit health plan and national leader in managed care headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. Before her time in the Population Health Department, she worked in the Center for Analytics at CareSource. Prior to her employment at CareSource, Melinda served as a Senior Informatics Analyst at Kettering Health Network, a non-profit network of eight hospitals, medical college, and over 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. In addition, Melinda has over 12 years of hospital clinical experience. In Melinda’s current position, she assists with the identification of populations, needs, trends and patterns that may impact outcomes, experience and cost of care through in-depth analyses and prioritization of strategies that drive clinical transformation through a comprehensive population health platform designed to improve community health and wellness. She was also a key player in building the analytic platform of the model.

Justin Stebbins currently serves as a Population Health Analyst at CareSource, a non-profit health plan and national leader in managed care headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to his employment at CareSource, Justin served as a Senior Informatics Analyst at Kettering Health Network, a non-profit network of eight hospitals, medical college, and over 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. In Justin’s current position, he conducts outcome analyses to determine the impact and effectiveness of corporate and market population health initiatives. In addition, he monitors and provides explanations of anomalies related to trends associated with the population health initiatives. Justin was a principal contributor in the creation and implementation of the population health care delivery model at CareSource. Justin is a graduate of Wright State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is also a Registered Nurse licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
