In this webinar, builds upon the introduction to the concept of case mix in the previous webinar and will share how case mix adjustment can be used, for example to:

  • Compare actual and expected levels of cost within a GP practice or population
  • Measure or benchmark performance between different organization once differences in case mix have been taken into account
  • Adjust budgets or resource allocation based on differences in case mix
  • Make adjustments for case mix when undertaking research or clinical trials
