Mr. Morton develops analytics products and software for DataSmart Solutions and works as an independent contractor for other organizations. Mr. Morton primarily works in R, Python, and JavaScript programming languages to produce documents and software for clients and coworkers. His primary interests include data visualizations, GIS/map making, data modeling, and economics. Previously, Mr. Morton worked for the State of Montana providing analytical products for the state’s workers’compensation and unemployment insurance programs. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Montana. Outside of work, Mr. Morton enjoys skiing, whitewater rafting, travel, and weightlifting.
