Mr. Chiv is the Director of Population Health Strategies at Meridian Health Plan. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of advanced analytics and epidemiology, population health analytics, clinical programs development and implementation, and pharmacy outreach programs within Meridian’s Department of Population Health Programs and Analytics. He also leads the enterprise strategy on risk stratification, advanced analytics strategy, and population health management initiatives to improve care and reduce cost.
Mr. Chiv is a creative, results-driven healthcare professional with over 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in population health management across the health continuum of healthy to end of life populations, clinical and social science research, financial and quality analytics, and end-to-end clinical program development and implementation driven by transformation of healthcare data into actionable information.
Mr. Chiv received his Master of Public Health from The University of Michigan School of Public Health. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
