Marathon Health, which operates more than 200 onsite and near-site health centers across more than 40 states, pioneered a proactive patient outreach initiative in the initial months of the coronavirus pandemic. Using the Johns Hopkins ACG® System, the Marathon Health team identified and prioritized those at high-risk for COVID-19 complications and offered options for testing, evaluation and treatment. From March through August 2020, the team reached out to more than 260,000 patients, equating to more than $22.5 million in savings for employers.
