The ACG System UK Team hosts a series of webinars aimed at providing an overview on a number of topics related to risk stratification, population profiling, case mix variation, information governance, case management and more. Though content is based on UK applications, topics are applicable to all markets.

As the first in the series, the first part of this webinar will provide an introduction to the ACG System, the logic used within the software to determine morbidity patterns and assign risk. The second part will provide an overview of how data can be used to support clinical activities within GP practices such as identification of high risk patients and people who fit criteria for other care programs.

Steve Sutch, Director of Product Development
